This blog is dedicated to my Maxie. Max was only 9 and a half months when he stopped breathing at daycare. At this point, we believe that Max was taken from us by SIDS. We are devastated by the loss of our most beloved baby boy. Hopefully, this blog will give readers a sense of what a beautiful spirit he was and will help to keep his memory alive.

Crunch time
Well, I've really done it now! Yesterday I took a tumble, heard a crack or crunch and now cannot bear any weight on my left foot. My ankle, which I originally injured on the day Max stopped breathing was finally starting to feel better too. It's not good. I think we are going to have to take a little trip to the emergency room today.

I'm sorry. That's a bummer. Wish I lived closer. I'd look at it for you. I'm a podiatrist (foot and ankle doc) so I look at feet and ankles all day!
Oh no, that stinks. I hope they can wrap it up for hobbling so you can get around the house with Mo. xoxo
Ouch--let us know if you need anything!
